  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, festivals, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take additional time.
  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you wherever tracking is available.

2. Delivery Time

We currently offer delivery across India.

Estimated Delivery Time: 0–7 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

The delivery timeline is an estimated timeframe and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the customer completes the order.

Hoaaira may offer free shipping on selected products, orders, or promotional campaigns from time to time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided through the contact details submitted at the time of placing the order, wherever tracking is available.

Please allow some time after dispatch for the tracking information to become active in the courier system.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

  • Valid Mobile Number

Hoaaira will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple attempts to deliver your order.

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the customer may need to coordinate with the courier partner for another delivery attempt.

If an order is returned to Hoaaira because of repeated delivery failure, incorrect address, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

7. Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Orders

While we work with reliable logistics and courier partners, unforeseen delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier-related issues
  • Incorrect address information
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with the available resolution.

8. Damaged or Tampered Package

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears to be damaged, opened, tampered with, or otherwise compromised, please contact Hoaaira customer support as soon as possible.

For damaged, missing, or incorrect products, we may request photographs or an unboxing video as evidence to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. International Shipping

Unless otherwise mentioned on the website, Hoaaira currently provides shipping services within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges for international shipments will be communicated separately.

10. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may be required to follow our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.
